This pair of newly arrived Georgian Satinwood Urn Pedestals are so exciting that we have rushed these pre-polishing estate photos to the web! Indeed, they are just in time for our participation in this year's Litchfield Antique Show in June26-28th, Kent CT).
Academically they represent the fine crafstmanship of Gillows of Lancaster and London.
Architecturally they are classic George Hepplewhite.
Historically they bear their original 18th century shipping labels whereby they were shipped by "Morris's Waggon" to Hereford, Northwest of London.
Aesthetically a they bear wonderful color and surface adding elegance to any room.
